1. How long for Shipment?

We are sorry to tell you that we only accept orders but no shipment due to overload orders from Feb. 12th to Feb. 22nd. Your order will be delayed about 10 working days.

2. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please leave your correct email box so that we could send you tracking number and website to check once your order is dispatched.
3. Tips for shipping
1) To ensure a successful delivery, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated.
3) PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be covered by Poppoly.
4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Especially for standard shipping, kindly allow 5-7 days of shipment to your address, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience.

4.You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we get the items back.

II Return Policy
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We are responsible for or partially responsible for all following faulty items:
a) Damaged item(zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, stains obvious color difference)
b) We sent incorrect size or wrong item
c) Missing items or lost package owing to Logistics company.
5. We are not responsible for following item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise:
a) Buyer chose the wrong size or color;
b) Buyer doesn't like the item (item is not faulty).
III Exchange& Refund
For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 2 business days after package received. We will issue the refund to the original card or Paypal account.
