30 Days Return Warranty

At poppoly, our goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products at competitive factory prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service any time. But we hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We get over 100 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out! But to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty.

I Return Process: 

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

  1. If you had any problem after you received your items, please send an email to our customer service:support@poppoly.zendesk.com
  2. Please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us pictures that display the problem.
  3. Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24hrs.

4.You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we get the items back.

Tips: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.

II Return Policy 

  1. You can return items within 30 days after delivery. 
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
  4. We are responsible for or partially responsible for all following faulty items:

     a) Damaged item(zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, stains obvious color difference);

     b) We sent incorrect size or wrong item;

     c) Missing items or lost package owing to Logistics company.

5. We are not responsible for following item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise:

     a) Buyer chose the wrong size or color;

     b) Buyer doesn't like the item (item is not faulty).

III Exchange& Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a full or partial refund once we received your returned items .

Ⅴ Package Returned 

  1. Please tell us the return tracking number and tracking site after you returned package back .
  2. Please contact us within 7 days after the package delivered and return the package back to us within 30 days after the delivery.

Size Chart

Please pay attention to the clothing size: 

1.Measure your size correctly;

2.Take notice to the different sizing standards;

3. Please check measurements on each item page carefully before placing an order;

4. Please note that there maybe 1 inch difference or so due to difference measuring methods, styles and size systems, but this is normal.
