1. How about the quality of your product?

Our products are of high quality compared with many rivals. We pay much attention to our customers' shopping experience. We will always put it on our priority.

2. Whether your photos are exactly the same with the products?

Most of the photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.

3. Can I change or cancel the items in my paid order?

About Shipping

1. What the delivery company  you use?

We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.

2. How long does it to take for preparing an order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare for that. 

3. How long does it take to deliver it to me?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. For Free shipping, it usually takes 8-15 days to arrive(10 days average)and for expedited shipping, 3-7 days.

4. How do I track my order?

Once the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave correct email box so that we could contact you.
